Why Growth Track

A Clear Path Forward.

You said yes to Jesus, or you're considering it, and now you're wondering, what's next? Growth Track is our answer.

Over five weeks, you'll walk through the foundations of faith with people in the same season as you. You'll meet leaders, ask the questions you've been carrying, and by the end you'll know where you belong and how to step into it.

The journey

Five Weeks. One Destination.

Each session builds on the last. Plan to attend all five. The breakthrough often comes in the staying.

  1. 01

    Salvation & Identity

Who Jesus is, and who you are because of Him.

We begin at the only place we can begin: the Gospel. What Jesus did, why it matters, and what it means to be a son or daughter of the Father.

    • Clarity on the Gospel
    • Your story written out
    2 Corinthians 5:17 · John 1:12 · Romans 8:15–17
  2. 02

    The Word & the Spirit

Learning to read the Bible and hear the Holy Spirit.

How to actually read your Bible (and stick with it), how to recognize the Spirit's voice, and how to walk in step with both.

    • A reading plan that works
    • A simple prayer rhythm
    2 Timothy 3:16 · John 16:13 · Psalm 119:105
  3. 03

    Baptism & Discipleship

    Public declaration and private formation.

Baptism is a declaration. Discipleship is a lifestyle. We unpack both and invite you to take next steps: getting baptized, joining community, and committing to formation.

    • Baptism on the calendar
    • A mentor identified
    Matthew 28:19–20 · Romans 6:3–4
  4. 04

    Gifts & Calling

You weren't an accident. You were assigned.

Through teaching, a gifts assessment, and prayer ministry, you'll begin to see what only you have been wired to carry, and where Heaven is releasing you to use it.

    • Your top spiritual gifts
    • A sense of your sphere
    1 Corinthians 12:7 · Ephesians 2:10
  5. 05

    Released to Serve

    From classroom to commissioned.

The final week is a commissioning. You'll be prayed over, placed on a team, and released into the next chapter at Impact. You came in a guest. You leave as family.

    • A serving placement
    • A commissioning prayer
    2 Timothy 1:6 · 1 Peter 4:10
