Lead Pastor
Dr. Gaylena Lawrence
A voice carrying weight and warmth, leading a generation into spiritual maturity and authority.
Her story
A Heart for His House.
“We are not here to fit into the culture we found. We are here to release the culture of heaven into every place we step.”
Dr. Gaylena Lawrence carries a passion for seeing believers walk in spiritual maturity and authority. As lead pastor of Impact Culture Network, she gives oversight to a growing apostolic hub committed to forming believers in love and truth and releasing them into every sphere of influence.
Her teaching reflects a balance rarely held in equal measure, deep theological grounding paired with a Spirit-led freedom, calling the church to live a higher standard while loving the world without compromise. She believes the local church is the hope of the world, and that every believer has a sphere where Heaven is meant to break in.
A scholar, mentor, and mother, Dr. Lawrence has spent more than two decades pouring into leaders, churches, and the next generation. Her ministry is marked by clarity in the Word, sensitivity to the Spirit, and a fierce commitment to family, both natural and spiritual.
She lives by the conviction that has become Impact's mandate: Live the Standard. Lead the Change.

Apostolic Oversight
Apostle Joseph L. Stanford
Apostle Joseph Stanford provides apostolic oversight for Impact Culture Network alongside Lead Pastor Dr. Gaylena, offering multi-generational wisdom, spiritual alignment, and kingdom vision.
Operating where ministry and marketplace collide, Apostle Stanford builds sustainable community infrastructure through intentional relationship and economic empowerment. His dynamic portfolio of ventures spans civic safety initiatives and urban real estate, including The AFC Center & Theater, Safe Cities, Target Area, and Family Cares. Globally, his work extends to economic enterprises such as the AFC Internet Company and agricultural developments like the South Africa Bee & Produce Farm.
